11. Copyright & DMCA Protocols

12. Unforeseeable Circumstances (Force Majeure)
We are entirely exempt from fulfilling our obligations under this Agreement if prevented by catastrophic events beyond human control, including natural disasters, acts of war, global pandemics, labor strikes, or systemic infrastructural failures.

13. Transfer of Liability (Risk of Loss)
All merchandise procured from our Platform is dispatched via independent logistics carriers. Consequently, the legal title and risk of loss for your goods officially transfer to you the moment we hand the parcel over to the shipping courier.

14. Dispute Arbitration
By utilizing this Platform, you unconditionally agree that any operational disputes or contractual controversies shall be conclusively resolved via binding arbitration. The arbitration will be governed by the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, seated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, conducted by a single arbitrator appointed by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, and deliberated exclusively in the English language.

15. General Provisions
If any clause within this Agreement is deemed legally void, the remaining sections will continue to hold full judicial weight. Our failure to penalize a specific breach does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce rules against future violations. Furthermore, these rules cannot be transferred or assigned to another party by the user without our explicit written consent.

16. Policy Amendments
We retain the right to unilaterally update, rewrite, or modify this Agreement at any given time. Revisions take immediate effect upon being published on the Platform. It remains your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

17. Duties & Taxation
Customers bear total responsibility for any municipal taxes, import tariffs, or customs duties levied by their destination country's government. Initial payment totals at checkout will encompass standard consumption taxes and customs duties where applicable.

Corporate Information & Governing Law
Notwithstanding the arbitration venue mentioned above, these Terms of Service and associated commercial operations shall generally be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
