Shipment Monitoring Upon departure from our facility, an automated notification containing your parcel’s tracking digits will be dispatched to your inbox. You may input this alphanumeric sequence into global monitoring platforms (e.g., 17track.net) to observe your shipment's journey.

Stagnant Tracking Statuses Please allocate a 24- to 48-hour window post-dispatch for the courier's system to synchronize and display real-time movements. It is entirely standard practice for parcels to experience multi-day lapses in digital updates while traversing between major sorting hubs.

Partial Deliveries Transactions comprising multiple goods might be segmented into separate shipments originating from distinct facilities to accelerate fulfillment. Consequently, each package receives an independent tracking code, which will be forwarded to your registered email.

Purchase Reversals Terminations can be executed provided the merchandise has not yet been handed over to our logistics partners, though a nominal administrative fee might be incurred. Shipped items are strictly ineligible for cancellation.
