Our storefront is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides the technical e-commerce architecture. You acknowledge that your commercial relationship is solely with BuiiRight, and Shopify holds no liability regarding the quality or legality of the products provided.

SECTION 20: TRANSFERENCE OF TITLE AND LOGISTICAL RISK

While we manage our fulfillment operations diligently, BuiiRight is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or international customs. The title to and risk of loss for all purchased merchandise shift to the consumer at the moment of delivery to the shipping agent.

SECTION 21: PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL ASSETS

All digital assets, product designs, trademarks, and written copy within the BuiiRight ecosystem are protected by international intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of our branding is strictly prohibited.

The parties agree to seek informal resolution for any conflict by contacting support@buiiright.com for a minimum of 30 days. Formal legal proceedings shall only be initiated if a resolution cannot be reached during this period.

We reserve the right to revise or replace any segment of these Terms by publishing updates to our website. It is your obligation to check for changes periodically. Your continued use of the platform after updates are posted signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
